This project funds the demolition of Ewert Road Plaza at the north end of the Airport as part of the Northeast development project. The Ewert Road Plaza is a toll plaza for an area that was previously a parking lot for passengers. This area has now been converted to a taxi staging area, and a toll plaza is no longer needed. Project is included in the City of San Jose's FY 2022-2026 CIP. As of October 18, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
