Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work is to be substantially completed within 460 days The project will reconstruct the current A-1 Minor Arterial configuration consisting of four lanes with a partial continuous left turn lane and maintain the current lane configuration and remain an A-1 Minor Arterial consisting of four lanes with a partial continuous two-way left-turn lane. The project will include new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete bus pads, signage, and pavement markings. Utility construction improvements shall include Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater in related coordination with the City and private utility owners. Two pavement options will be considered, Base Bid 1 HMAC and Base Bid 2 Concrete.
