The Arkansas Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids for furnishing requirements of Self Leveling Type 1 Joint and Crack Sealant Materials furnished must meet the Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition of 2014 and the Arkansas Department of Transportation Specifications attached to and made a part of this contract. It shall be understood that the Bid Invitation, General Conditions, Bidder Information, Bid Forms, Bid Information and Specifications are an integral part of this bid and by this reference are incorporated herein as fully and effectively as if set forth in detail and; that by submission of bid, bidder agrees to these conditions and that all things shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Arkansas.
