As of January 2023, the boiler portion of this project is complete, however the Major HVAC and 1st floor renovations, are still under construction. The project consists of the removal/replacement of an existing gas-fired domestic water heater & circulating pump, removal/replacement of an existing gas-fired heating hot water boiler, addition of heating hot water primary pump, removal/connection of new equipment to existing controls, supporting piping modifications, and supporting electrical work. Dewberry Design-Builders is soliciting bids for the Durham Bulls Athletic Park Boiler Upgrades in Durham, NC. You are encouraged to submit proposals on any/all scopes of work you would like to pursue including breaking down the scopes of work into smaller components more suitable to your firm.
