Site work for a water / sewer project in Talbott, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Morristown Utilities will be accepting bids for a Precast concrete wet well, manholes and valve vault for the new Talbott Kansas Pump Station located on Talbott Kansas Road, Talbott, TN 37877. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids, and to determine the lowest responsible Bidder. This section of the specification describes the Talbott Kansas Raw Wastewater PS pumps. The equipment shall be installed as shown on the plans, as recommended by the supplier, and in compliance with all OSHA, local, state and federal codes and regulations. B. All equipment supplied under this section shall be furnished by a single system supplier who shall coordinate with the owner: the design, submittals, fabrication, delivery, testing, inspection, complete installation, start-up and warranty of the raw wastewater pump station along with components listed. The system supplier shall have minimum 2 qualified technicians onsite throughout the installation and startup of the project and have the sole responsibility for the coordination and performance of all components of the system with the performance and design criteria specified herein with no exceptions. System Supplier shall have a minimum of 10 successful projects of similar scope and complexity with references if requested by owner.
