ADDITIONAL PROJECT WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO RE-ROUTING EXISTING SEWERS TO THE NEW PUMP STATION INCLUDING 235 LF OF 2" PRIVATE FORCE MAIN AND A PORTION OF 6" PVC GRAVITY LATERAL THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW 1" GCWW WATER SERVICE BRANCH AND 1" METER. PAST THE 1" METER BOX, INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 2,300 LF OF NEW PRIVATE 2" WATER LINE BY DIRECTIONAL DRILLING AND CONNECT TO TWO EXISTING PRIVATE WATER LINES. It is anticipated that the bids will be presented to the Board of Park Commissioners at its 3:00 p.m. October 21, 2021 Board meeting. Likewise it is the intent of the Owner to award the bid at this meeting and to issue a "Notice of Award" on October 22, 2021. Effective upon execution of contract documents a "Notice to Proceed" will be issued.
