The Board of Education of St. Mary County on behalf of St. Mary County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to perform the replacement of a water chiller and evaporative cooling tower at Great Mills High School Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. Prospective bidders may request that SMCPS clarify information contained in this bid. All such requests must be made in writing to Brynn Cosner, Procurement Coordinator. SMCPS will not respond to any requests for clarification received after April 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Questions may be sent via email to btcosner@smcps.org. An addendum will be issued if necessary to answer all questions. The addendum will be posted on procurement.maryland.gov under the applicable bid number and will be available at the SMCPS Purchasing Office. Vendors are invited to join this meeting (via video or conference call) if they wish to hear the bids read aloud.
