During the bidding period questions will be taken until 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Last day for questions is September 29, 2021 Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Proposals from individual or firms interested in providing Emergency and Minor Building and Construction Repair Services. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed hourly rates contract with two (2) or more contractors for each building trade that has been separated into seven (7) scopes of work and bid packages. Bidders can respond to one or more building trade bid packages. The successful contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, incidental permits and fees necessary to provide these services on an as needed basis. Resulting contracts are intended to be for renovations, alterations, maintenance, repair, emergency repair and minor construction projects. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. A Bid Deposit is NOT required for this project. Questions concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the assigned Buyer at DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov.
