JUB Project # 30-20-082 This project is for the construction of the Highlands & Northwest Interceptor Sewer Rehabilitation Project and consists of rehabilitating the Highlands trunk line and Northwest Interceptor Sewer. The rehabilitation effort includes approximately 3,900 linear feet using trenchless rehabilitation techniques (CIPP thermally cured or UV cured). The project also includes approximately 6,000 linear feet of temporary sewer by-pass pumping. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The project generally consists of cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation of sanitary sewers, including cleaning, CCTV inspection, and by-pass pumping, and related items of work
