The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Architectural Firms interested in providing complete Architectural Design Services for the following project: Architectural Design Services for ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR Pre-K - 12th Grade, School Facility Complex New School Project. Only those firms that have obtained the official RFQ package for this project from the EBRPSB Office will be considered by the EBRPSB-AE Selection Committee. For a joint venture, each prime firm is required to obtain a RFQ package Electronically The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Therefore, all respondents are encouraged to utilize minority participation to the extent possible through the use of small, disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses as consultants. Proposal respondents must agree to use their best efforts to fully comply with the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board's Fair Share Procurement Policy. By submitting a proposal, the respondent agrees to provide for and to meet the MWBE participation goal of at least twenty percent (20%). Additionally, the members of the Architectural and Engineering Services Selection Committee request that the Prime Firm submit Form EBRPSB-AE only. No consultants/associates listed in Item 7 of the form are to submit a Form EBRPSB-AE. Unless otherwise stated or required by the instructions, all other attachments or embellishments shall be excluded. It is also requested that Form EBRPSB-AE not be bound in a booklet, but be stapled. Proposal Respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposer for this solicitation may not contact any EBRPSB Board Member or Architectural and Engineering Selection Committee member when the members are announced concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until the date of selection.
The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board Architectural and Engineering Selection Committee reserves the right to reject all of the submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
