The County of Bergen, NJ wishes to establish a twelve (12) month contract with two (2) individual twelve (12) month contract renewal options for the provision of Roof Repair, Replacement and Maintenance for the Department of Public Works, the Department of Parks and Recreation plus the respective NJ Purchasing Alliance Cooperative Members. The term of the contract shall commence on or about date of contract award by the Board of Bergen County Commissioners Questions Due Date: Oct 6th 2021, 4:00 PM EDT Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act
