UT Southwestern Zale Lipshy Pavilion Renovation Turner Construction invites all qualified trade partners and vendors to submit a best value proposal for UTSW Zale Lipshy Hospital Renovation project. Bid packages include, but not limited to, Demolition, Concrete, Metal, Millwork, DFH, Glazing, Drywall, Finishes, Fire Suppression, MEP and Low Voltage. Project Description: MEP equipment and infrastructure upgrades; renovation work in central sterile processing, kitchen, servery, offices, OR Suites, PACU, shower and locker rooms, restrooms, gym, nurse stations, and patient rooms. All sequence of work must comply with Turner's and UTSW's safety standards and requirements in an active hospital.
