SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this Contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. The Authority of the Borough of Charleroi Board Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority. The Work under Contract No. 2021-04-06-1650055 generally consists of construction of approximately 436 lineal feet of 12- inch diameter PVC water main via open cut, approximately 413 lineal feet of 16-inch diameter HPDE water main via directional drilling, and appurtenances.
