RACW seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms in support of Washington County's Community Development Block Grant Program. RACW intends to select a firm to provide engineering services for the following projects as identified Each proposal will be rated and ranked in accordance with the following criteria: Qualifications and Experience of Project Engineer and Technical Staff 85 points Compensation 10 points Participation by Small Business Firm, Minority Owned Enterprise or Women Owned Enterprise 6 points Total Possible Points 101 points All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex. RACW is an equal opportunity agency. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
