The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) intends to engage a Consultant to: Upgrade the Ovation Distributed Control System (DCS) at 28 sites throughout the GLWA service area. Update graphics and alarming applications to high performance applications at four (3) Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) facilities. Provide support services and spare ovation system parts for three (3) years from the notice to proceed, including costing for two(2) additional years which GLWA may elect to renew. Process improvements and optimization services on an as-needed service.
