The provision of professional construction management services during construction of various water projects, valued up to $50 million each. These projects may include the construction of reservoirs, pump stations, rechlorination stations, backup power facilities, and water mains. The completion of the Services is anticipated to be by the end of the calendar year 2026. The services will complete after a three (3) year period with the option to extend for two (2) one (1) year terms depending upon future funding approval. The GVWD has identified the following projects which are anticipated to start construction within the next five years (the project construction start dates will be staggered and spread out over the five-year period) and may require construction management services: 1. Fleetwood Reservoir Construction 2. Hellings Reservoir Construction 3. Pebble Hill Reservoir Seismic Upgrade 4. Capilano Raw Water Pump Station Backup Power 5. Westburnco Pump Station Backup Power 6. Rechlorination Stations Construction 7. Central Park Main No. 2 Phase 2 8. Newton Pump Station No. 2 9. Cape Horn Pump Station No. 3 and Cape Horn Pump Station No. 2 Back-up Power 10. Burnaby Mountain Pump Station No. 2 11. Port Moody Main No. 3 Scott Creek Section TIMELINE: Request for Qualification for the provision of professional construction management services during construction of various water projects is closed and the following proponent are awarded for the bid: Hatch Ltd. Burnaby BC AECOM Canada Ltd. Burnaby BC RAM Engineering Ltd. Vancouver BC The Corporation will issue multiple RFP's to award the construction management services to one or more consulting firms. It is anticipated that several projects may be included in each RFP. Projects are followed separately when approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
