A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The New York Power Authority (hereinafter "the Authority" or "NYPA") is seeking proposals for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services, reconductoring NYPA's Y-49 Transmission Interconnection, a 345kV underground feeder from the East Garden City Substation (600 Stewart Ave., East Garden City, NY 11530) to the South Transition Station (West Shore Rd., Port Washington, NY 11050).
