A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The New York Power Authority (hereinafter "the Authority" or "NYPA") is seeking proposals for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services, reconductoring NYPA's Y-49 Transmission Interconnection, a 345kV underground feeder from the East Garden City Substation (600 Stewart Ave., East Garden City, NY 11530) to the South Transition Station (West Shore Rd., Port Washington, NY 11050). The Project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of NYPA-procured HPFF cable, as well as the furnishing, delivery, and installation of new manholes, cable sensors, oil pump station upgrades/replacement, and fiber optic cables. a pre-bid meeting will be held prior to bid submittal. contract term: 2 years location: garden city, ny to port washington, ny
