Questions that are not submitted under these rules will not be responded to. All answers to questions received on the project will be posted electronically under the bid page for the project The right is reserved by the Mayor and the Town Council as the interest of the Town may require to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The Town of Sunnyvale requires access to a diverse set of materials, equipment, supplies and services. The Town is committed to working with businesses certified as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). The goal of this good-faith effort is to actively involve HUBs in the procurement process and ensure they receive a fair opportunity to compete for the Town's business.
