**As of November 3, 2021, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $366,327.67** The Base Bid consists of roadway improvements along Woodbine Circle. The work includes milling and paving, installation of granite block curb, full depth pavement repair, installation of various drainage pipes and structures, the resetting of inlets, repair of interior drainage structures, and replacement of inlet curb pieces and grates. Alternate Bid 'A' consists of additional granite block curb replacement. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms included with the Contract Documents in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside and be addressed to the Borough of New Providence, and must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Owner and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Borough of New Providence for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00.
