Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Stockton, California. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Lower Sacramento Road Widening and Bridge Replacements project will replace the existing two-lane LSR Bridges over Pixley Slough and Bear Creek with four- and six-lane bridge structures respectively. This project will also reconstruct the existing box culvert at the intersection with Eight Mile Road Provide professional engineering services to prepare a Precise Road Plan, Project Study Report, environmental documents, and final design documents leading to the widening of Lower Sacramento Road between Pixley Slough and Royal Oaks Drive, a culvert replacement, and bridge replacements at Bear Creek and Pixley Slough. The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering services leading to the completion of a PRP, PSR, environmental documents, traffic/transportation studies, soils and structural calculations, project plans, specifications, estimates (PS&E), and other deliverables as identified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). They will also provide planning, grant support, engineering studies, material testing, geotechnical report, surveys, topographic mapping, utility potholing and mapping, and right-of-way engineering and services. The Consultant will also provide design support services during the bidding and construction phase of the project. Design support will endure through the completion of construction. Any question or request for clarification shall be submitted The City reserves the right to negotiate an agreement with the firm submitting the highestranking proposal. Also, the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any irregularity in a proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all requested information could be grounds to reject the proposal
