Architectural: Architectural scope includes but is not limited to unit masonry, cast stone, metal stud backup wall, metal wall panel, thermal insulation, and finishes 1.1.2. Roofing: Roofing scope includes but is not limited to single-ply roofing membrane, flashings, gutters, downspouts, splash blocks, splash pans, and other roofing accessories. 1.1.3. Civil: Civil scope includes but is not limited to grading and drainage improvements including enlargement of existing detention pond and stormwater piping, rain gardens, and concrete walks/ramps. 1.1.4. Plumbing: Plumbing scope includes but is not limited to water heaters, plumbing piping and plumbing fixtures. 1.1.5. HVAC: HVAC scope includes but is not limited to new hydronic piping to connect to the existing hydronic piping, new air handling units and fan coil units, ductwork, and ductwork insulation. 1.1.6.
