Demolition and removal of any existing elements in site boundaries. Grading. Installation of new basketball court area (in base bid), parking lot extension, and any connecting sideway. Additional south basketball court (if accepted in Alternate 1) Site lighting (if accepted in Alternate 2) Permanent irrigation and temporary irrigation for hydro-mulch in disturbed areas. Execution of all specified hardscape amenities including paving, drainage, signage, fencing/railing of all nature, retaining walls, landscape planting, irrigation, and park amenities. This is a park improvement project involving a the renovation of an existing softball field into a basketball court area with an extension of an existing parking lot. There are Two Alternate. Alternate 1 involve the construction of an additional court and Alternate 2 involves the Basketball court area lighting. Due to the holiday schedule there is no Pre-Bid meeting.
