Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Riegelsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project will generally consist of demolition of existing finishes, provision and installation of new vinyl plank flooring, new drywall on walls and ceilings, new interior door, new split system air conditioning, new surface mount ceiling lights, painting, new desk, counter, and protection screen. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Riegelsville. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Clarification Deadline : 10/21/2021 4:00 PM The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body project. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. Award of Contract, if a Contract be awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
