The renovations will include but not be limited to the project phasing for the demolition and general interior alterations, Lead and Asbestos abatement, Roof System replacement, Mechanical and Plumbing system upgrades and all Electrical system upgrades in strict accordance with the contract drawings , specifications and any applicable codes at the Montrose, VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, New York.
