Renovation of a museum in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Social distancing practices shall be observed, including wearing of face coverings/masks by all participants. A representative of the Quoter is encouraged to be present at the meeting. However, if no representative can be present in person, the Quoter shall contact the Project Manager at 281-794-1664, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting, in order to coordinate attendance of the meeting by conference call. Quote rs are required to participate in the Pre-Quote Conference, visit the site prior to submitting a Quote and include all costs associated with the project in their Quotes. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation may be required. A Directory of DBE Vendors can be found online.
