The project consists of the following major elements: Demolition of existing incinerator building, construction of new, 2-story dewatering building, installation of new dewatering equipment and cake storage, installation of cake conveyance system, construction of new electrical room, construction of new office/restroom, connection to existing drains and, pipes, and generators as well as associated stormwater control, site work, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. Construction of odor control structure for new dewatering building and existing sludge blend tanks. Removal of influent flume insert. Removal of existing dewatering equipment.
