Lowman Manufactured House No. 8 Deadline To Receive Questions: 4:00 p.m. (MT) on October 26, 2021 No Pre-Bid meeting will be offered Initial Term of Contract and Renewals (service completion): The service performed under the contract will begin upon ITD's written Notice to Proceed must be completed within 365 days. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified or cashier's check drawn on an Idaho bank in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to Idaho Transportation Department. The bidder, in the event of failure to sign the contract or furnish the necessary 100% performance bond and the necessary 100% payment bond, will forfeit this surety. Idaho Transportation Department is purchasing one (1) Manufacture Home. This home is to be delivered to our Lowman, Idaho compound. It is to be set in place, leveled, tied down and the water and sewer connected. The basic requirements & specifications for the desired manufactured home is as follows: o Singe-wide manufacture home, 16'x70' (approximate) o Open floor plan, to include: 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room o 2"x 6" Exterior walls, T1-11 siding equivalent or better o Truss: min. 3:12 pitch with min. 120lb snow load o Roof: Metal, no exposed screws or composition shingle, 15yr minimum o Eaves: 3" minimum to 12" maximum o Metal or fiberglass exterior doors, Insulated; must meet Energy Star requirements o Interior walls to be tape & textured, with floor level trim throughout o Min. 200 Amps service panel o Energy Star Rated, with minimum: Walls R-21, Roof R-40, Floor R-33 o Electric appliances, to include: refrigerator, microwave w/exhaust over kitchen stove, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer o Electric furnace and air conditioning units o Electric hot water heater, 50 Gallon o Porcelain/china sinks with metal faucets o Thermal pane windows: Vinyl clad, Low-E, w/ mini-blinds o Industrial grade vinyl flooring throughout o 4 each exterior GFI outlets (at each corner) o Min. 2 bulb ceiling lights throughout (for bathrooms; wall vanity lights, in conjunction with ceiling exhaust fans, are acceptable). o Ceiling fan in Living room o Wood exterior skirting (insulated), painted to match home. o Access steps with landing & hand railings at front and back doors o Exterior door locks: Best Locks brand with interchangeable cores.
