Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

All bidders, if required, must be licensed contractors as required by Title 62, Chapter 6, of the Tennessee Code Annotated. Bidders' license number, expiration date and that part of the classification applying to the bid must appear on the envelope containing the bid; otherwise the bid will not be opened - except if the bid amount is under $25,000.00. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF: Pedestrian bridge replacement of an existing concrete bridge that spans 100 feet across Cane Creek on the Links at Pine Hill Golf Course located at 1005 Alice Avenue. The new bridge is located approximately 15 feet south of the existing concrete bridge. Approximately 100 feet of existing cart path on each side of Cane Creek will be removed and a new 200+/- linear feet by 10 feet wide asphalt cart path constructed to realign with the new bridge. The 8' x 100' prefabricated pedestrian bridge will be constructed of cor-ten steel with a concrete deck. Additional items include concrete bridge abutment construction, earthworks, sodding, and removal of the existing concrete bridge.
