Roadway improvements include milling and resurfacing with cross slope correction and overbuild, guardrail and miscellaneous asphal replacement, side slope repair, drainage inlet top replacement, concrete shoulder gutter replacement, and isolated area of0 0reconstruction for crack remediation. Signing and pavement marking improvements include overhead panel replacements on existing to remain sign structures, multi post and single post sign replacements, and pavement markings. There are two 0 00proposed cantilever sign structures along US 192 that replace the existing bridge mounted sign panels. Lighting improvements0include wall mounted underdeck luminaires at select bridges and proposed light poles with corresponding equipment. 0Signalization improvements include replacing signal loops impacted by the milling and resurfacing operations. ITS improvements include installing a Wrong Way Driving System at each exit ramp within the project limits. Structure improvements include performing repairs to Bridge No. 924178 and Box Culverts 92Q038, 750623, 75Q016, and 750637. No Pre-Bid Conference. Contractor must be prequalified in Hot Plant-Mixed Bituminous Courses For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
