Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: High Lift Pump No. 5 Replacement & Electrical Improvements: 1. All labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform the work of replacing an existing high lift pump with a new vertical turbine pump. Furnish and install miscellaneous piping, valves, and appurtenances to complete the installation of equipment as shown in the contract documents. 2. Electrical upgrades including new transformer, conductors, conduit, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). 3. Portions of SCADA programming are to be completed by the Owner. This includes receiving signals and displaying the information on the City's system. Contractor is required to provide and route control wiring to establish specified control loops. 4. Removal, salvaging, and replacement of landscaping rock, plantings, and edging. Finish grading of areas to be seeded that were disturbed during construction. City will replace sod in seeded areas disturbed during construction 5. Site cleanup, any building restoration, and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contracts.
