The purpose of this RFP is to select a respondent that can satisfy the State's need for Building Systems and Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for the Facilities Management Division. It is the intent of IDOA FM to contract with a respondent that provides quality Building Systems and Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repairs for the Facilities Management Division. The term of the contract shall be for a period of two (2) years from the date of contract execution. There may be two (2) one-year renewals for a total of four (4) years at the State's option. The list below provides Respondents with the current facilities that are to be included in this solicitation. Capitol Building - 303,200 Sq Ft Office building having 5 floors Governor's Residence -- 11,335 sq. ft. multi-story residential structure plus annex and detached garage IGC -- North --920,000 sq. ft. office building having 14 floors IGC -- South -- 1,000,000 sq. ft. office building having 5 floors State of Indiana Library -- 227,000 sq. ft. office building having 5 floors Department of Work Force Development -- 109,440 sq. ft. office building having 4 floors Historical Society -- 165,000 sq. ft. office and collections building Washington Street Garage --952,960 sq. ft. -- 2800 parking space multi-levels Senate Avenue Garage -- 784,000 sq. ft. -- 2700 parking space multi levels McCarty Street Warehouse Facility A pre-proposal conference will NOT be held for this solicitation. A PowerPoint slide deck will be posted to the IDOA Supplier Portal containing the information normally shared during this meeting.
