The Terrace Lodge redevelopment project includes both renovations to the existing home and a new addition. There are three construction phases. Construction activity and anticipated completion date by phase is summarized as follows: Phase 1: New construction of receiving addition (basement and first floor); local asbestos abatement, new two-storey addition to RHAs, partial kitchen renovation. Anticipated completion date is September 9, 2022. Phase 2: Basement renovations, renovation of existing north RHAs (1st and 2nd floors), renovations to 1st floor core areas, asbestos abatement kitchen renovations continue. Anticipated completion date is June 2, 2023. Phase 3: Basement renovations continue, renovation of existing south RHAs (1st and 2nd floors), asbestos abatement, renovations to 1st floor cores areas continue. Anticipated completion date is February 20, 2024. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from Interior design firms for furniture design has been awarded.
