The District seeks a qualified contractor to enclose the sides of the Ag Barn facility in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions, contained in this Solicitation. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary for completing the project. Estimated Project Cost: $60,000 - $90,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work to be completed at Toby Connor Agricultural Facility (Ag Barn) located at 541 Schlather Street, Cibolo, TX 78108 Contractor shall be responsible for: a. Furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, travel, equipment, commercial grade chain link fencing and gates, materials, supplies, licenses, insurance and permits as required to complete this project. b. Ensuring all applicable licenses are current and accepted by the city of Cibolo, Texas. c. Providing sufficient labor and supervision at all times to carry out the work satisfactorily, and shall ensure that only competent workers who are skilled in the type of work specified are assigned to work on the District's project. If the District determines that a person is incompetent or disorderly, the Contractor shall immediately remove such person from performing any further service under this agreement. d. Contractor's work schedule shall be approved by the SCUCISD Facilities and Construction Department prior to beginning work at the job site. e. Notifying and obtaining approval from the SCUCISD Facilities and Construction Department prior to making any changes from the plans or specifications. f. Maintaining the work area to present a neat, clean and professional working environment at all times. g. Removal of all debris from the site and cleaning work areas. h. Preparing notification, certification or any other documents that are required by applicable laws and shall also distribute and retain in its records copies of all such documents as required by applicable laws. i. Management of subcontractors, if applicable, throughout the project from beginning to completion. Manufacture and install two sets of 14' opening and 10' high, double drive gates, with 1" x 11 gauge chain link fence fabric. Hinge posts for gate to be 2-3/8" x SS 40 pipe with 8" x 8" plates. Gate posts to be anchored to the concrete and attached to the column. b. Supply and install chain link fence (11-gauge x 1" diamond) and frame (1-5/8" O.D. x SS 20 pipe) onto twenty-four sections of 25' long x 10'10" high. Use existing vertical posts and install three horizontal rails. c. Manufacture and install two 6' opening x 10'9" high, single panel gate, with 1" x 1 gauge chain link fence fabric. Hinge posts for gate to be 2-3/8" x SS 40 pipe with 8" x 8" plates. Gate posts to be anchored to the concrete and attached to the column. d. Supply and install 1" x 11-gauge chain link fence onto a new fabricated top, to a 33' x 50' outdoor area. The top to be constructed of 2-3/8" O.D. x SS 40 vertical posts and the framework to be 1-5/8" x SS 20 pipe. The overall dimension of the top fence to be 33' x 50'. e.
