Construction of the new South End Community Center (SECC). Scope to include: twin pad arena with accessible change rooms; aquatic centre; full double gymnasium with seating and storage; indoor walking track; and multi-purpose rooms. To be built to Canadian Green Building Council Zero Carbon Building standards. TIMELINE: Ground breaking ceremony is expected to take place mid-October 2023.
