The work generally includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all products, labor, equipment, material, transportation, and incidental services to construct the Wellhead Facilities Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD or the District) is an agency that provides water, wastewater, and reclaimed water service to a population of approximately 160,000 in the City of Lake Elsinore, the City of Murrieta, the City of Canyon Lake, and part of unincorporated County of Riverside. The District's water services cover 96 square miles utilizing 41 pressure zones, 685 miles of pipelines, 73 storage reservoirs, 51 booster pump stations, the Canyon Lake Water Treatment Plant, arsenic removal at the Back Basin Groundwater Treatment plant, imported water from the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, and 12 operating groundwater wells 1 . The Palomar Well No. 2 is a new well the District located at the site of the abandoned original Palomar Well. The well site is in the City of Wildomar and located on Timothy Road near the intersection of Palomar Street; the site address is 20736 Palomar Street Wildomar, CA 92595. The site is on 60 feet by 40 feet of private property owned by the District in a semi-residential area with nearby residents with access off Timothy Road. The existing and new well access is through a 30-foot-wide easement in Timothy Road. A map of the project site location is provided in Figure 1.
