The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure a qualified General Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and all other associated costs for the installation of a reclaimed water storage pond and associated pumping station, controls building as described herein. Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Amount 5% OF BID AMOUNT Question End Date 10/20/2021 4:30 PM Anticipated Award Date : 11/16/2021 The Work shall include the following 1. Construct a reclaimed water storage pond and pumping station for the City of Altamonte Springs at the City's Water Reclamation Facility. This includes: a. Reclaimed water storage pond b. Submersible pumping station complete with precast wet well, submersible pumps, piping, fittings, etc. c. Sodium hypochlorite pump, storage tank, piping, and associated fittings. d. Filtration equipment e. Intake structures and instrumentation f. Outfall structures g. Stormwater Manhole h. Associated piping, valving, and fixtures i. Controls building j. Monitoring wells k. Connections to existing sodium hypochlorite system l. Asphaltic access driveway m. Infill and abandonment of existing flocculation tanks n. All associated electrical work o. Integration of new instrumentation and controls into existing plant SCADA system.
