Any damage to the existing parking lot or approach will be bid on a square yard basis to repair/replace and is not part of the base bid. Install erosion control around perimeter. Remove existing fence fabric and posts, basketball posts and backfill holes with 3/4" TB, Pulverize existing asphalt and base. Install drain tile around perimeter to elevations shown. Install rock at drain tile exit. Install 3/4" TB to new elevations. Verify elevations of stone grade. Pave with a 2" lift of asphalt binder. Install net post and center tie down footings, pave a 1 1/2" lift of surface course (virgin asphalt). Core 3" holes around perimeter and drive 3" SS-40 (black vinyl) 8' high fence posts 5' deep on maximum 8' spacing. Install top and bottom rail, install fence fabric and gates. Behind new bang board location install 10' high posts on 4' centers in concrete. Install 8' high fabric behind bang board. After a 28 day cure, cut control joints and install Armor over joints. If paving contractor used set down or closure passes, those cold joints to also be covered with Armor, Install First Team Basketball goals on south end and re-install Bakko Bang Board on north end. Apply a 2 coat black NuSurf and a 2 coat Colorflex (Dark green interior, light green exterior) color. Paint also around outside of fence. Stripe with white lines for tennis and basketball.
