Liquidated Damages Will Be Enforced in the Amount of $1,000/day if the Contractor Fails to Meet This Requirement. Bidders Must Submit With Their Bids a Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Maximum Amount Bid, Payable Without Recourse to the Owner or a Bid Bond in the Same Amount From an Approved Surety Company as Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract and Execute Bond and Guarantee Forms Provided Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Award of Contract is Issued to Him or Her.
