This will include the materials, equipment and labor to splice and terminate the fiber optic cables as needed for the system requirements at the locations indicated. There will also be hard surface and vegetative surface material restoration as needed for the conduit and fiber installs. Additonal Description: The Total Base Bid (Phases 1 & 2) cost only shall be used for the comparison of bids. Est. Value Notes: $1,590,000 for Entire Project, $872,000 for Base Bid, $718,000 for Alternates The City of Storm Lake, Iowa, hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced repair or improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced repair or improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the Mayor, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the improvements on the Fiber Optic Improvements - 2021 project
