Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reinforced Concrete Pipe Including Approximately 18"- 60" Pipe, Headwalls and Appurtenances; Water Piping consisting of 8"-16" PVC Mains and Appurtenances; Gravity Wastewater Piping consisting of 8"-18" PVC Pipe and Appurtenances; Water Quality and Detention Pond; Excavation, Embankment, and Paving; Sedimentation & Erosion Control; and Various Other Site Improvements. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within two hundred and ten (210) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within two hundred and forty (240) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Project location: 0.5 miles East of CO RD 127 and 0.5 miles South of US HWY 290.
