The City of Socorro, Texas (hereafter "the City") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Engineering Firms to provide Professional Engineering Services related to the City of Socorro's grant application to the Economic Development Administration and requirements listed in Section C and Section G of Form ED-900C - EDA Application Supplement for Construction Programs. Until the final award of contract by the City of Socorro, the City reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when the best interest of the City will be realized hereby. Engineering services include a preliminary engineering report, budget, and environmental narrative for a grant application for the development of a trail segment of the Paso del Norte Trail along the El Paso County Water Improvement District No. 1's water conveyance facilities on the Mission Trail in El Paso County, Texas. As of January 23, 2023, an issuance of short-listed firms has not been released.
