Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Muskegon Public Schools will renovate an existing 130,000 SF elementary building to add classrooms, a new office, multiple architectural improvements and a full replacement of the mechanical and lighting systems. Sitework will also be required for new drop off lanes, minor site improvements and general playground upgrades. As of November, 2021 this project is Sub-Bidding. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities are available. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is expected to begin in the first quarter 2022.
