Make proposals on bid forms in Project Manual, submit a certified check or bidder's bond payable to the District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The envelope must be clearly marked in indicate the contents No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the date of opening bids without the consent of the Board of Education. Independent School District #273 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding or advertisement; also to select the bid which bet meets the needs of the District pursuant to M.S. 471.6161, subd.3. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows:
A. Work under this Contract includes:
1. Electrical Systems
a. Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring.
b. Interior and exterior lighting.
c. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, salvaged and reinstalled as needed for electrical work.
2. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
3. The Owner will hold a ground breaking at the start of construction. The Contractor is responsible to supply 20 new hard hats and 20 new shovels for the participants Project Location-

WORK PHASES
A. Start submittal process immediately upon contract award by the Board of Education. Actual work on site shall not commence until October 25th, 2021
