As of June 21, 2022 , the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The Project involves the renovation of an existing 9,450 square feet delivery site co-located with an adult day care facility. The Project contemplates significant renovation of the onestory facility including, but not limited to: 1.1.1.1 Substantial demolition and redevelopment of existing clinical areas, labs, staff support areas, waiting area, janitors closet,and restrooms. Existing mechanical and electrical rooms to be fully renovated as requiuired. Work includes provision of new or improved mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing systems 1.1.1.2 The existing Adult day care program spaces; offices, gathering rooms, and kitchen will largely remain intact with interior finish renovations. 1.1.1.3 The health center renovation will include an as-of-right 3,270 sq. ft. enlargement on the west and north sides of the building. The enlargement will be constructed in the current front and side yards along Sutphin Blvd and 105th Ave. The enlargement will contain program space for following: (7) exam rooms, (6) behavioral services offices, (40 seats) waiting room, intake counter, and entrance vestibule.
