The Work consists of Procurement and Installation of Generators more particularly described in the contract document and all other requirements as required by Contract Documents. Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base Bid amount. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a payment Bond and performance Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The goals for minority and female participation are 12% and 10%, respectively. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
