As of February 25, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded and received LNTP (Limited Notice To Proceed) The Board of Trustees, Austin Independent School District will accept a sealed bid/proposal for the following item(s). Due to COVID-19 and instituted safety protocols, please note that submission and opening will incorporate electronic/virtual protocols which are outlined in their respective solicitations documents: 22CSP037 - Various Upgrades at Clifton Career Development School. Scope Includes but is not limited to the following: · Architectural: Replace ceiling tile in kitchen spaces, patch and repair tile at electrical panel work in kitchen. · Civil: Address drainage issues near green-house area drain, Sidewalk repair to meet TAS at one location. · HVAC: Addition of Water Pump, Replace all HVAC hot water piping, Up-grades to controls. · Electrical: Replace panel in kitchen, replace power poles with cord reels, Provide GFCI type receptacles in kitchen, replace main switchboard, replace kitchen light fixtures with new LED fixtures.
