Site work for a water / sewer project in Rockwood, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Lake Erie Shoreline Restoration, and all incidental construction at Lake Erie Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. SCOPE OF WORK: Following is a general outline of the major work items in this Contract. It is not to be construed as a comprehensive description of work to be performed, and it does not relieve the Contractor from performing incidental and related work not listed. Quantities shown herein or on the drawings are approximate and are provided for general information purposes only. They may vary from the quantities actually encountered. The Contractor shall perform work in whatever quantities are necessary to meet lines, grades, dimensions and other requirements as necessary to comply with the Contract Documents. No change in compensation will be allowed if the actual quantities vary from those noted on the drawings. Sealed Bids will be received by the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority, 13000 High Ridge Drive, Brighton, Michigan 48114-9058, from prospective contractors able to show a reasonable acquaintance with and preparation for the proper performance of the work described herein. Submit an electronic pdf copy of your signed bid documents (including bid surety) to bids@metroparks.com by the date and time as indicated in the bidding documents.
