*As of December 27, 2021, the project was awarded Bid amount received $552,344.50, The City will furnish to the Contractor, free of charge five (5) sets of prints of the Project Plans and Technical Specifications for execution of the Work. Throughout the performance of the Work the Contractor must keep one copy of the Project Plans and Technical Specifications in good order and available for review by the Engineer, the Designer, and any other City contractors or representatives. All documents furnished by the City, including, but not limited to, the Technical Specifications, Project Plans, and any copies, are the property of the City. Documents furnished by the City may not to be used on any other work. All documents furnished by the City must be returned to City upon completion of the Work. The work in general consists of asphaltic concrete pavement, slurry seal, minor concrete, curb ramp and sidewalk, striping and pavement markings, signage, enhanced crosswalk lit signage, electrical, and such other items of work as are required to complete the project. The estimate of the quantities of work to be done is approximate only, being as a basis for the comparison of bids, and the City does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith, but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount or any portion of the work as directed by the City Engineer. Incidental items of construction necessary to complete the whole work in a satisfactory and acceptable manner as shown on the plans and as provided for in the specifications and not specifically referred to in this section, shall be understood to be furnished by the Contractor.
