Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Work generally includes concrete paving, playground and fitness equipment installation, poured in place surfacing, site furniture, shelter installation, sewer, water and electric utilities, landscaping and restoration. All contracts for work herein are subject to all City rules and regulations, this is a Prevailing Wage schedule project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/C ok Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes. Certified payroll is required on this project by both general and sub-contractors. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Park District.
