Renovation of a data center facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
As of October 29, 2021, the project has been awarded to Madra Construction for $83,052.48. The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) with a Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the necessary room modifications at the Northwest Regional Data Center, as specified in the Construction Documents. The scope of work includes creating a new secured control room with reception counter and sliding services window, furring out walls at existing built-in locker system locations, providing new ceiling, wall base and wall paint finishes. The work also includes reconfiguring and upgrading the mechanical and electrical systems as required to work with the new layout.
